A dynamic QR code generator that lets you change the link after printing
Your card comes with a QR code you can print today. When the code has to outlive what it points at, on a menu, a shop window or a signboard, QR Studio makes dynamic codes you can re-point and count.
Every card has one, on every plan. It opens golinq.me/@yourname.
Download it as PNG or SVG for print, or show it on your phone screen.
Pick colours and dot shapes, and put your photo in the middle if you like.
Because it opens your page, editing the page never means reprinting the code.

Dynamic codes you can re-point
A dynamic code prints a short golinq.me/q/ address. Where that address sends people is yours to change.
Point it at a website, your card, a form, a WhatsApp chat, a file, an image gallery, app store links or a menu.
Change the destination any time. The printed square stays the same.
Pause a code and scanners see a plain note that it is paused, not an error.
Add your logo, colours, a gradient and a frame with a line of text.

Scan counts for each code
Every scan of a dynamic code is recorded, so you can tell the table tent from the flyer.
Scans per day over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or 12 months.
Phone, tablet or desktop, and which days and hours are busiest.
A separate count for each code, so give each print run its own.

Example
Static codes that work offline
Some jobs are better done by a code that needs no internet and never changes.
Wi-Fi: guests scan and join your network without typing the password.
Phone call, SMS, email, map location, calendar event and a contact card.
Static codes are never tracked and can't be changed once printed, so check them before you print.
Which plans include it
Every plan includes your card's QR code. QR Studio, with dynamic and static codes, is on Professional and Business; the number of codes you can keep is in the table below.

Common questions
What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?
A static code holds its content in the printed pattern, so it can never change and is never tracked. A dynamic code holds a short golinq.me address, so you can change where it sends people and count its scans.
Do I need to reprint my QR code when my details change?
Not for your card's code: it opens your page, and you edit the page. For a dynamic code, change its destination in QR Studio. Only a static code needs reprinting.
Can I make a Wi-Fi QR code?
Yes. In QR Studio choose Wi-Fi, enter the network name, password and security type, and guests join by scanning.
What happens if I pause a dynamic code?
Anyone who scans it sees a short page saying the owner has paused the code. Switch it back on and it works again with the same print.
Is QR Studio free?
Your card's own QR code is free on every plan. QR Studio is on the Professional and Business plans, each with its own limit on the number of codes.
A static QR code is fixed forever the moment it is printed. A dynamic one can be re-pointed and shows you how often it is scanned. Here is how to decide which one goes on your next print job.
A QR menu saves reprinting every time a price changes and gives guests your WhatsApp, location and specials in one scan. Here is how to set one up properly, from the menu itself to the stand on the table.
